“CAWTAR” considers competitions as instruments to spread awareness and advocacy on issues of concern to it and on its projects. It makes the most of them in building a process bringing together targeted groups among individuals and institutions. Hence, “CAWTAR” launched five competitions in 2008 targeting journalists, photographers, governmental associations and organizations, political parties, TV channels, audiovisual companies and amateur audiovisual designers and producers.
