Tunisian women business owners are making vital contributions to the growth of their national economy according to a report launched on June 4 2008 by the National Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs (CNFCE) and the Higher Institute of Management (ISG) under the patronage of Mrs. Sarah Kanoun Jarraya, Minister of Women Affairs, Family and Children and the Elderly in Tunisia. Over 90 participants including women business owners, members of parliament, government officials and journalists attended this event and contributed discussions and feedback on the importance of such initiative towards developing women’s entrepreneurship in Tunisia.
