@do On- Line is an electronic newsletter on adolescents in the Arab region. Its main goals are twofold. First, accumulate knowledge and raise awareness of the conditions of adolescent boys and girls in the Arab region. Second, harness CAWTAR’s communication with its partners: research centers, practitioners, NGOs, regional and international organizations and the media who are active in this field.
@do On- Line contains news, articles, statistics, best practices and interviews. It reflects the contents of the findings, testimonies and recommendations of CAWTAR’s 2nd Arab Women Development Report, “Arab Adolescent Girl: Realities and Prospects”, which was published in 2003.
A number of journalists who are also the media members of CAWTAR’s regional Arab Network for Gender and Development (@NGED) rotates the issuance of @do On- Line. This is to allow the full coverage of conditions of adolescents, and the expression of local and national voices on adolescents’ programs and policies.
